As a Junior Lead Campaign Program Manager you carry responsibility for developing lead generation programs and event driven marketing campaigns. Successfully finding and qualifying new leads through desk research, filling the sales pipeline and CRM, and liaising with the sales team throughout the process.


As member of the marketing team you will be co-responsible for the planning, design and execution of programs to drive engagement and lead generation through multiple channels. The right candidate will have a clear understanding of B2B marketing. Preferably with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies, creative marketing campaign development and execution, data analysis and customer segmentation. This role will drive both direct and indirect lead generation programs such as content syndication, online advertising, speaking opportunities, hosted events, and contribute to sales enablement initiatives. Close alignment with the salesforce in understanding their unique needs and ensuring marketing programs address those needs.

  • Developing lead generating programs and event drive marketing campaigns
  • Quickly gain an understanding of Payvision’s key markets and verticals
  • Pro-actively gather input from sales and marketing to find and list hot companies and contacts
  • Find new leads using a range of tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salestools.io, web traffic and eCommerce statistics
  • In conjunction with Sales and Marketing, develop and run email drip / sequence campaigns to new leads lists and existing lead databases
  • Create feedback loops so the lead qualification process is always improving
  • Experiment constantly, learn even faster


We request:

  • Bachelor or master degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Self-motivated and pro-active person with a hands on attitude
  • Structured and organized
  • Intermediary between sales and marketing facilitating both ends
  • Opportunity and result driven
  • Detail focused with the patience to explore ways to find/investigate our target audience
  • High energy and positive attitude that spreads to the rest of the team
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a bonus
