Careers at PayvisionAs Data Quality Support you will be part of the Operations team where you will be responsible for processing/entering/checking client data in the various data systems we use, in an extremely accurate and precise manner. All client data is internally cross-checked by you and your direct colleagues in order to ensure 100% accuracy. Your main responsibilities will include setting up new clients in the various software platforms, updating data for existing clients, and cross-checking/approving data entered by your colleagues in the Operations team to guarantee 100% accuracy. Other tasks may include, amongst others, various administrative tasks for different departments within the Amsterdam office, internal support for the finance and sales teams, handling of an array of internal operational matters. As Data Quality Support you will work closely with various other internal departments as with counterparts in the other Payvision offices worldwide. Characteristics of our preferred candidate: accurate, fast, smart (HAVO-level or higher).

  • Setup clients within different internal software programs (client setup / data entry)
  • Perform cross-checks for colleagues in the data entry team to ensure 100% data-reliability
  • Update client details in various internal systems
  • Follow Payvision compliance and operational guidelines
  • Internal support for various other departments
  • Handling of / assistance in various internal operational activities
  • Occasionally assist office manager (answering the phone and welcoming clients)


We request:

  • HAVO-level (or higher)
  • Extremely accurate and detail-oriented way of working is essential! (Please only apply if you have proven to be extremely precise in a similar position)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar (data entry / data quality) position is preferred
  • Friendly and customer-oriented personality
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Living in (or near to) Amsterdam (no relocation)
