  • You will structure and maintain the CRM database, study the primary markets, and enrich the database with new customer contacts
  • You will collect and analyze customer data, leverage existing customer knowledge for cross and upselling purposes, and communicate the offering in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team
  • You will compile and execute selection for data imports and exports.
  • You will safeguard the quality of source data and suggest improvements to increase customer knowledge
  • You will inform all stakeholders about the status and quality of the database
  • You will assess performance and report to all stakeholders
  • You will qualify all incoming leads through desk research and customer segmentation
  • You will create customer segmentation analysis and execute it to gain insight into the needs and behavior
  • You will offer advice on the most effective, optimized campaign deployment and media channels for specific audiences
  • You will make a proactive contribution to the implementation of event-driven marketing campaigns


We request:

  • A completed HBO (higher vocational) or WO (university) education
  • At least three years’ work experience in database marketing, with knowledge of building and structuring a CRM database
  • Familiar with creating and optimizing event-driven marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Jr. Lead Campaign Program Manager
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Speaks English fluently
