  • Implementing and developing the marketing and segmentation strategy
  • Developing and maintaining our marketing database environment
  • Study the primary markets, and enrich the database by setting up and maintaining relationships with 3rd party data suppliers
  • Collecting and analyzing customer data, leverage existing customer knowledge for cross and upselling purposes, and communicate the offering in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team
  • You will compile and execute selections for data imports and exports
  • Assessing performance and reporting to all stakeholders
  • Creating customer segmentation analysis and execute it to gain insight into the needs and behavior
  • Providing advice on the most effective, optimized campaign deployment and media channels for specific audiences
  • Creating and optimizing event-driven marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Jr. Lead Campaign Program Manager


We request:

  • A completed HBO (higher vocational) or WO (university) education
  • At least three years’ work experience in database marketing, with knowledge of building and structuring a CRM database
  • Familiar with creating and optimizing event-driven marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Jr. Lead Campaign Program Manager
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Speaks English fluently
